Requirements-for-participant-inclusion

  • Completed secondary education with a high school diploma
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Recommended: proficiency with the Internet, email, office tools (Word, Excel) and an interest in new technologies

Technical, material and space security

The training takes place in a training room The Spot with a capacity of min. 8 persons. The room is equipped with:

  • Projector or interactive whiteboard
  • PC/laptop for the lecturer
  • Wi-Fi connection
  • Flipchart or whiteboard

Method of payment and invoicing

  • After your application is confirmed, an advance invoice will be sent to you by email.
  • Invoice contains all payment details including variable symbol and account number.
  • The course must be paid by bank transfer no later than 5 working days before the start of the course.
  • On receipt of payment, we will issue and send you a proper tax invoice (proof of payment).
  • Payment can only be made on the basis of an invoice, no cash or credit card will be accepted on site.
  • Payment in two instalments can be arranged on request.

Cancellation-conditions-and-refund-fee

  • Free cancellation of participation is possible at least 7 calendar days before the start of the course.
  • Cancellations made 6 to 1 day prior to the course will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the course price.
  • Not attending a course without notification is considered a binding booking – course fees are non-refundable.
  • Refund Policy:
    • In the event of a legitimate cancellation (early cancellation, insufficient number of participants, cancellation of the course by the organizer), the full amount paid will be refunded back to your account within 7 working days of receipt of the written notification or cancellation decision.
    • In the event of a partial cancellation, the relevant percentage of the price will be refunded as per the terms and conditions above.

  • In case of serious reasons it is possible by agreement:
    • Schedule participation to another date, or
    • Transfer the application to another person (substitute).
