- Introduction to working with data and basics of data analytics – 6 hours
- Data Acquisition, Cleaning, and Preparation – 8 hours
- Data Analysis and Visualization (Excel, Google Sheets, simple analytical tools) – 8 hours
- Basics of statistics and interpretation of results – 6 hours
- Using Data in Decision Making and Business – 6 hours

Participant Ranking Requirements
- Completed secondary education with a high school diploma
- Basic computer literacy
- Recommended: proficiency with internet, email, office tools (Word, Excel) and an interest in new technologies

Graduate Profile
The graduate of the course will be able to acquire, process and analyze data using common tools, visualize the results and use them for better decision making in the company. They will understand the basic principles of statistics and be able to interpret the results of the analysis.

Technical, material and spatial security
The training takes place in a training room The Spot with a capacity of min. 8 persons. The room is equipped with:
- Projector or interactive whiteboard
- PC / laptop for lecturer
- Wi-Fi connection
- Flipchart or whiteboard
Method of payment and billing:
- After your application has been confirmed, a back invoice will be emailed to you.
- Invoice contains all payment details including variable symbol and account number.
- The course must be paid by bank transfer no later than 5 working days before the start of the course.
- On receipt of payment, we will issue and send you a direct tax invoice (proof of payment).
Payment can only be made on the basis of an invoice, no cash or card payment on the spot.
On request payment can be arranged in two instalments.
Terms & Conditions
- Free cancellation of participation is possible no later than 7 calendar days prior to the start of the course.
- In case of cancellation 6 to 1 day prior to the course, a service fee of 50% of the course price will be charged.
- Not attending a course without notification is considered a binding booking – course fee is non-refundable.
Money-back:
- In case of a justified cancellation (early cancellation, insufficient number of participants, cancellation of the course by the organizer), the entire amount paid will be refunded back to your account within 7 working days of receiving written notification or decision of cancellation.
- In the event of a partial cancellation, the relevant percentage of the price will be refunded according to the above terms and conditions.
Change of date or participation:
- In case of serious reasons it is possible by agreement:
- reschedule participation to another date, or
- transfer the application to another person (substitute).
