  3. Setting up custom events and key events (conversions) – 8 hours
  4. Using Google Tag Manager for event tracking – 6 hours
  5. Testing and validating events in DebugView and Realtime report – 4 hours
  6. Event Evaluation and Reporting in GA4 – 6 hours
  7. Practical examples and case studies – 4 hours

Participant inclusion requirements

  • Completed secondary education with a high school diploma
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Recommended: proficiency with internet, email, office tools (Word, Excel) and an interest in new technologies

Graduate Profile

The graduate of the course will be able to set up and track different types of events in GA4, create custom events and conversions, test them for accuracy, and effectively evaluate the results in reports for company needs.

Technical, material and spatial security

The training takes place in a training room The Spot with a capacity of min. 8 persons. The room is equipped with:

  • Projector or interactive whiteboard
  • PC / laptop for lecturer
  • Wi-Fi connection
  • Flipchart or whiteboard

Method of payment and billing

  • After confirmation of your application, an advance invoice will be sent to you by email.
  • The invoice contains all payment details, including the variable symbol and account number.
  • The course must be paid by bank transfer no later than 5 working days before the start of the course.
  • On receipt of payment, we will issue and send you a proper tax invoice (proof of payment).
  • Payment can only be made by invoice, no cash or credit card will be accepted on site.
  • Payment in two instalments can be arranged on request.

Storno terms and refund policy

  • Free cancellation is possible at least 7 calendar days before the start of the course.
  • Cancellation of participation 6 to 1 day prior to the course will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the course price.
  • Not attending a course without notification is considered a binding order – course fee is non-refundable.
  • Refund Policy:
    • In case of a justified cancellation (early cancellation, insufficient number of participants, cancellation of the course by the organizer), the full amount paid will be refunded back to your account within 7 working days from receipt of the written notification or decision on cancellation.
    • In the event of a partial cancellation, the appropriate percentage of the price will be refunded according to the above terms and conditions.

Change of date or participation

  • In case of serious reasons it is possible by agreement:
    • reschedule participation to another date, or
    • Transfer the application to another person (substitute).
