The training program is aimed at developing employees’ digital skills with an emphasis on the effective use of modern tools in everyday practice. Participants will gain basic and advanced knowledge on the use of artificial intelligence, MS Office tools (Word, Excel) and cloud storage, in processing documentation, working with data and securely sharing information. The programme covers the principles of artificial intelligence and its practical use in word processing, data analysis and workflow automation, with an emphasis on ethical considerations and the protection of sensitive data in accordance with GDPR. In MS Word, participants will learn how to work effectively with templates, formatting and advanced document features. In MS Excel, they will learn data processing, use of functions, contingency tables and the creation of clear outputs.
