Technical, material and space security

The course takes place in The Spot, a modern training building with a capacity for up to 10 participants. The room is equipped with:

  • Projector and interactive whiteboard
  • PC/notebook for the lecturer
  • Wi-Fi connection
  • Flipchart and whiteboard
  • Snacks during breaks

Method of payment and invoicing:

  • After your application has been confirmed, you will be sent a back invoice by email.
  • Invoice contains all payment details including variable symbol and account number.
  • The course must be paid by bank transfer no later than 5 working days before the start of the course.
  • On receipt of payment, we will issue and send you a direct tax invoice (proof of payment).

Payment can only be made on the basis of an invoice, no cash or card payment on the spot.

On request payment can be arranged in two instalments.

Terms & Conditions

  • Free cancellation of participation is possible no later than 7 calendar days prior to the start of the course.
  • In case of cancellation 6 to 1 day prior to the course, a service fee of 50% of the course price will be charged.
  • Not attending a course without notification is considered a binding booking – course fee is non-refundable.

Money-back:

  • In the event of a justified cancellation (early cancellation, insufficient number of participants, cancellation of the course by the organizer), the entire amount paid will be refunded back to your account within 7 working days of receipt of the written notification or cancellation decision.
  • In the event of a partial cancellation, the relevant percentage of the price will be refunded according to the above terms and conditions.

Change of date or participation:

  • In case of serious reasons it is possible by agreement:
    • reschedule participation to another date, or
    • transfer the application to another person (substitute).
